We want your Wexalora dress to feel right for the moment — whether it’s a sequin maxi, satin evening look, or homecoming mini. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

Return window

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery for eligible unworn items with original tags and packaging intact.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant, or fragrance marks
• Include all original tags and any size labels
• Final-sale or intimate-adjacent accessories (if marked) may be excluded

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number and the style(s) you’d like to return
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions
3. Ship the package using a trackable method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless we made an error.
